Tenants can pay rent by pre-authorized debit

Send a pay link. Your tenant connects their Canadian bank account and pays the balance.

  • Money goes to your own Stripe account
  • We add no fee on top of Stripe's
  • Set it up once, then send a link per lease

On every paid plan. Not for leases synced from DoorLoop.

Import your leases in bulk

Upload a CSV or Excel file with up to 1,000 leases. Property managers can bring a Buildium export, with past invoices and payments.

One place to add a lease

Write a new lease, record a signed one, upload the PDF or import many. Enterprise plans can start from a DoorLoop lease.

Upload your appendix PDF. We find the checkboxes and blanks, and new leases start with your saved answers.

Notices on the new LTB forms

Notices given from September 21, 2026 print on the current forms. The N8 now lists each late payment it counts.

Also in this update

  • The Dashboard's N4 and lease-expiry alerts list each lease. Issue N4 opens the form for that lease.
  • Rent invoices have an Overdue filter.
  • Search, sort and filter your leases by tenant, unit, property, rent or balance.
  • End a lease on a future date. It stays active until then, and you can cancel it.
  • Discard an unsent N1, N2, N8 or N12 draft.
