Property and Tenant Data

To provide the Service, you may enter:

  • Property addresses and unit details
  • Tenant names and contact information
  • Lease terms and rent amounts
  • Payment records
  • Notices and correspondence

Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
  • Device information
  • Feature usage statistics

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for legal compliance purposes for up to 7 years.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Authentication and session management
  • Preferences and settings
  • Analytics, to understand how the Service is used. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity; Clarity may record anonymized session interactions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) and produce heatmaps to help us improve the site.
  • Advertising measurement, via Microsoft Advertising (the UET tag), to measure ad campaign performance and build remarketing audiences. These remain off until you accept.

Analytics and advertising cookies are disabled by default. On your first visit we ask for your choice through a consent banner (Google Consent Mode v2), and Microsoft Clarity loads only after you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime using the Cookie preferences link in the site footer, or through your browser settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
