An active lease is any lease with status "Active" or "Pending". Terminated or ended leases do not count toward your plan limit. This means you can have unlimited historical leases on any plan. Your limit only applies to current active tenancies.

Yes! All plans allow unlimited properties and units. Your plan tier is based on the number of active leases, not properties.

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. Note: You can only downgrade if your current active lease count fits within the new plan's limit (you'd need to end leases first). All your data is always preserved.

Plaid securely connects to your bank to automatically import transactions daily at 6 AM. The system intelligently matches payments to tenants with confidence scores. 85%+ matches are confirmed automatically. You review lower-confidence suggestions. All plans include unlimited bank connections.

No contracts. All paid plans are month-to-month or yearly (your choice). You can cancel anytime, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Yearly plans save 10%.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely in CAD. You can choose monthly or yearly billing.

You'll see a notification when approaching your limit. Your plan automatically adjusts to the next tier: Starter (1-5 units, $29/mo), Pro (6-20 units, $69/mo), Portfolio (21-50 units, $129/mo), or contact us for a custom Enterprise plan for 50+ units.
